The Brazilian trade balance recorded a trade surplus of US$ 2,032 billion in the 4th week of April 2022 . According to data released this Monday, 25th, by the Foreign Trade Secretariat (Secex) of the Ministry of Economy, the value was reached with exports of US$ 6,134 billion and imports of US$ 4,101 billion.
In April, the trade result accumulates a surplus of US$ 7,464 billion. In the year, the balance is positive at US$ 19,262 billion. The daily average of exports recorded an increase of 18.7% in the four weeks of April, with a rise of 6.9% in agriculture, growth of 42.9% in Manufacturing and a fall of 9.5% in extractive industry products. .
Imports rose 25.9%, with a rise of 28.5% in agriculture, growth of 24.1% in extractive industry and 26.9% in products from the manufacturing industry, always in comparison with the daily average.
