    a) The buyer approves the price offered by the seller by signing and stamping in the SCO and returns to the seller.<\/p>

    b) Seller issues a FCO (Full Corporate Offer), then the buyer signing it and stamping in the FCO and returns to the seller.<\/p>

    c) Buyer issues a ICPO (Irrevocable Corporate Purchase Order) that you will send us accompanied by a proof of funds issued by the bank with which you operate, through RWA or BCL document; This RWA or BCL is mandatory and without it, it will not be possible to advance in the negotiation.<\/p>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t<\/div>\r\n\t\t\t\t\t\t

    a) Seller issues the Draft SPA Contract to the Buyer.
    b) Buyer sign the SPA contract and returns to Seller.
    c) Seller sign and return a copie of the SPA contract along with Proform Invoice for first shipment.
    d) In case it has been agreed a advanced payment, the buyer issues Payment by bank instrument, in advance partial TT (30%); In case an advance payment has not been agreed upon, payment will only be initiated at the moment the navy company issues the BL (Bill of Lading).
    e) The Seller start preparation of stocks and send to the port.
    f) Pre shipment inspection by SGS company where they issue certificated of quantity and quality of the goods.
    g) When the goods was charged on the ship, the navy company issues the BL (Bill of Lading), the buyer must conclude the payment according to what has been agreed:
    h) With advanced payment: in this case the buyer cancel the paymet with the TT of 70% remained, or issue a LC\/SBLC\/DLC (Revolving, Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Payable against shipping documents at sight), for the same value through MT103 at sight.
    i) Without advanced payment: in this case the buyer issue a LC\/SBLC\/DLC (Revolving, Confirmed, Irrevocable, Transferable, Divisible, Payable against shipping documents at sight), for the total value of the opertation through MT103 at sight.
